About CriminalitiQ
CriminalitiQ is founded by Senior Advocate SS Sidhu, a third-generation lawyer practising since 2006, whose work is confined to criminal-law matters before the Supreme Court of India, with particular emphasis on special leave petitions, criminal appeals, bail, anticipatory protection, quashing, suspension of sentence, conviction challenges, sentence reduction, agency prosecutions, and matters requiring close examination of the record, procedural history, and substantial questions arising from criminal proceedings.
Advocate SS Sidhu’s practice is centred on Supreme Court criminal litigation alone, and the work of CriminalitiQ is accordingly structured around case-file scrutiny, appellate briefing, legal research, judgment analysis, drafting, factual chronology, procedural coordination, and preparation of material required for criminal matters before the Supreme Court of India, so that every case is approached with discipline, continuity, and attention to the record.
